Event Details

You are invited to join iMentor at our Spring Benefit June 12, 2013, at the Bowery Hotel. Our community of mentors, supporters, and partners will celebrate the power of mentoring to help high school students succeed in college.

Guests will enjoy beer, wine and signature drinks, food by Gemma, and DJ entertainment in the expansive indoor and outdoor Bowery Hotel terrace. View photos of last year’s event here.

iMentor
builds mentoring relationships that empower students in low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions.  Students work with their mentors one-on-one, in-person and online, to develop strong personal relationships, nurture a college aspiration, navigate the college application process, and build critical skills that lead to college success.  Since 1999, iMentor has connected 11,000 students with mentors, through our partnerships with public high schools in New York City and nonprofits nationwide.

What Will You Do? Email you mentee once a week and see your mentee once a month at iMentor sponsored events. Volunteers commit 6-8 hours a month.
